You do not need to learn how a Greek town hall works. We build a proposal around your date and guest count, then take on the legal paperwork for a wedding in Greece ourselves — translations, the town hall, all of it — while we settle the menu, the bar and the décor direction with you over tastings, from wherever you are. When it comes to where your guests will stay, we point you to the right places through the largest accommodation network on the island; the booking stays with you.

Skopelos has no airport, so every guest arrives having made an effort to be there. We arrange transfers around the island once they land, and there is a welcome bag and a welcome dinner waiting the first night, at The Castello or Vrachos. The next evening is a traditional Greek night with our own orchestra and a dance lesson for anyone brave enough — the trip starts feeling like a celebration before the wedding day even arrives.

This is usually the part couples remember as much as the wedding itself. We put together boat days for the family or for anyone who wants to come, day trips to Alonissos or Skiathos, guided tours of the island, and a bachelor or bachelorette party — mostly on a boat, and one that earns its name. If the two of you want a few hours away from everyone, we can put you on a private boat for a sunset cruise, or arrange a pre-wedding photoshoot around the island. Car, scooter and ATV hire is there for anyone who would rather explore alone.

Nothing about the wedding day is a first attempt for us. The ceremony — civil, symbolic or Greek Orthodox — and the reception happen at The Castello or Vrachos, run by our own team: the open bar and signature cocktails from the Vrachos bar staff, food tasted and agreed with you beforehand, live music from our own orchestra, and décor, flowers and lighting handled by our people, or by professionals we bring in when the setup calls for it. Getting your guests to the venue and back, their photography and video, hair, makeup and the cake are arranged through people we have worked with for years.

No — there is one more evening together first. We host a farewell dinner at our venues before anyone scatters, so the trip ends the way it started: with everyone in the same room. When it is time to go, we arrange the transfers for that day too.

You and every one of your guests get a single WhatsApp line to us for the whole stay — not a call centre, us. We handle restaurant and beach reservations, last-minute arrangements, and personal shopping for the thing somebody forgot, and we arrange babysitting through people we trust. If something goes wrong, you tell us, and it becomes our problem to solve.
